Is my initial consultation confidential?

Is there a fee for the initial consultation?
Brief phone consultations (up to 15 minutes) are free of charge. If your case requires detailed analysis and consultation (60-90 minutes), we charge €150/hour, which is credited toward the full investigation service if you proceed with our agency. This ensures we can provide thorough, professional assessment of your situation.
Can I meet with an investigator in person?
Yes, in-person meetings are available at our Riga office by appointment. We require appointments to ensure privacy, confidentiality, and dedicated attention to your case. What information should I prepare before contacting you?

Our mobile investigation teams can deploy anywhere in the EU, and we have established partnerships with licensed agencies in other jurisdictions. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (preferred for corporate clients), credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency for international clients. A 50% deposit is required for new clients before investigation begins. Retainer clients and established partners are invoiced monthly. All payment details and contracts are discussed during initial consultation.
